We must have a deep understanding of the special importance of carrying out reform, identify important nodes and focus points, and turn the strategic plan for further deepening reform in an all-round way into a powerful force for promoting Chinese-style modernization.

One point of deployment, nine points of implementation. Only when we summarize and make good use of the valuable experience of comprehensively deepening reform since reform and opening up, especially in the new era, in the process of implementing the reform measures, can we deeply grasp the systematic, holistic and coordinated nature of reform, ensure that the reform direction set by the Party Central Committee does not deviate, the reform tasks specified by the Party Central Committee do not fail, and ensure that reform progress and success are achieved.

First, fully and accurately grasp the requirements and directions of various reform measures.
