This summer, in the aviation market, the domestic large aircraft C919 flights are sought after by passengers. At present, the C919 has accumulated more than 1,000 orders worldwide.

To build a major country, key core technologies cannot be acquired, bought, or negotiated. Adhering to the high level of scientific and technological self-reliance, government departments effectively guided, organized and coordinated, more than 20 provinces, more than 1,000 enterprises and institutions, about 300,000 people coordinated, large aircraft development led to more than 6,000 civil aircraft technology breakthroughs in China.

The independently developed large passenger aircraft flying in the blue sky, the historic breakthrough of the "big airplane dream", highlights the institutional advantages of the new national system in the key core technology research, reflects the reform dividend of improving the new national system and improving the overall efficiency of the national innovation system, and also makes us more deeply understand a truth: "Only by upholding integrity can we not lose our way or make subversive mistakes, and only by innovating can we grasp and lead The Times."

What direction should we take to further comprehensively deepen reform? Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, our Party has taken a clear and unequivocal stance on fundamental issues such as position, direction, principles, and path, and has focused on eliminating the source and strengthening the foundation. At the same time, building on the long-term exploration and practice since the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, the Party has continued to achieve innovative breakthroughs in theory and practice, and opened up a new situation in China's reform and opening up. We have successfully promoted and expanded Chinese-style modernization. To uphold integrity is to uphold the direction, the principle, the position, and the roots. Since the new era, the total assets of enterprises supervised by the national state-owned assets system have increased from 71.4 trillion yuan in 2012 to 317.1 trillion yuan in 2023, and the scale and strength have significantly improved. One of the important reasons is that adhering to the major political principle of the Party's leadership over state-owned enterprises and transforming the Party's leadership advantage into the competitive advantage and development advantage of state-owned enterprises provides a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.
